Les Voies Vertes dans le Morbihan:
1295.5 km official bike routes along 28 "voies vertes". Try this one: Easy 3h

There's an official Saint-Malo to Questembert route if you wanted to bike the whole way -156km (11 hours). Then you can return via the Redon to Saint-Malo route - 209km (15hours).
