Le Haut Provost is a small hamlet in Sourthern Brittany, 1.5 kilometres from Caden, in the Morbihan. A typical small French town set out around the church.

The property is in a quiet country lane making it very safe for children, pets and cycling. It comprises two converted barns having all modern facilities, sleeping 4+2 in the Main House and 2+2 in the Annexe. There is a pretty, south-facing private garden, which has stunning views across open countryside.

The property is ideally situated to explore the area; it is 30 minutes drive to several lovely sandy beaches, with plenty of rockpools, and a similar distance from the beautiful town of Vannes and the rest of the Golfe de Morbihan. Further afield, there is the walled town of Guerande, the trendy resort of La Baule and the busy cities of Nantes and Rennes.

The main house has two bedrooms and a sofa-bed on the mezzanine. The annexe has one bedroom and a sofa-bed. It has its own facilities, which makes it perfect for families with teenage children or for couples who prefer their own sleeping/washing space. Neither house is overlooked. There is electric heating throughout and a large open log fire in the main house, which makes it ideal for out of season lettings or chilly evenings.
